Today's Creation

When we go to Sandusky, we try to stop into our favorite vineyard: Hermes Winery. When we first discovered it, it was Sand Hill. They make the wonderful rose, and each time we visit we stock up. It used to be called Settler's Red and is now Ida Mae Red. We tasted it, and it is the same. Karen absolutely loves it, so of course we brought her a bottle. What better after a hard day of teaching, then to sit back with your shoes off with a glass of really nice wine!

At MegaMeet, a booth was selling B.E. products. Among the killer sale of buy 1 get 2 free, were....wine holders! Needless to say...

So here is today's project: a bottle wine with a nice little holder for Karen. The paper is some she insisted I buy one day: DCWV Far East. The adhesive ribbon is also theirs & the black embellishment came from the sewing department at Walmart.

Wow -- LOVE the wine holder (even if it doesn't have monkeys on it like mine, lol). I'm putting that winery on my list of places to visit since it's not that far away from us!
