NOT! Neh...ain't gonna happen! The best way to set yourself up for failure is to make lofty goals that you know you're not going to be able to live up to! And then to put them in writing is suicide!
So, I'm just going to say that I have made it through another year of my life safe, sane, sound, and happy! It dawned on my last night that I'm 58 and Gary is 59! Not sure why that never clicked in! Gary informed me that he didn't have any problems turning 60 this year; he says 60 is the new 40. Okay...I'll have to think about that one.
I've made some scrapping commitments on the Willow Traders message board. But I think I'll be able to keep those. You know, more layouts, less money, yada yada.
And I weighed myself this morning. The overindulgence of the long holidaze (remember, they start on November 14th at our house!), has made me feel sluggish, crabby, sore, and unattractive. So, as usual, I'll make a start at doing something about that. I never make that a resolution because we all know how I love to exercise and eat right!
So here's to health and happiness to all who read this...and to those who don't. Just remember, life is basically what you want it to be. The dirt will happen, but how you clean it up determines how your day will go!
Have a good year!
